How will the colors look woven?
Multicolor artwork is welcome. Cotton yarn gives colors a softer, textured finish. Bright neons, pale pencil, tiny lettering and smooth gradients may change. We review the artwork before sending your final proof.

When will my blanket arrive?
Allow time for artwork preparation and your proof approval. We expect to ship within seven business days after approval, with delivery to most U.S. addresses estimated at two to five business days after shipment. Some destinations take longer.

Can I change the artwork before it is woven?
Yes. After purchase, we prepare your artwork and email a final layout proof. One correction round is included, and weaving starts only after your approval. You can cancel for a full refund before proof approval and release to production.
After production begins, personalized blankets cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. Damage, defects, and results materially different from the approved proof are covered by our customer-care policy.
