Scribble to Stitch is still validating its physical sample and fulfillment workflow. This page states the customer policy planned for launch; no payment is currently accepted through the public storefront.

Proof before production

A digital proof will be sent before the custom blanket is submitted to production. Production will not begin until the customer gives explicit approval. The proof represents layout, crop, and artwork preparation; woven yarn can still soften tiny detail and shift colors compared with a screen.

Shipping

• Standard shipping to U.S. addresses is included in the $79 price.
• The production and delivery estimate will be shown before payment once it has been verified with a physical sample.
• The estimate begins after proof approval, not on the payment date.
• If a delay changes the promised window, the customer may accept a revised date or cancel for a prompt full refund.

We will not silently substitute a materially different blanket, size, material, or artwork treatment.

Cancellations

An order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the customer approves the proof and the order is submitted to production. After production begins, a personalized blanket cannot normally be cancelled or returned for a change of mind.

Damage, defects, or the wrong result

If the blanket arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the approved proof, or is the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include the order email and clear photos of the blanket, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional product cost.

Ordinary yarn texture, fringe variation, and the color or detail limits disclosed before proof approval are not defects by themselves.
